Ordering your Starter Website:
Step 1 - Plan your Website.
Before you e-mail or call us to order a website job from us, it is essential that you spend some time planning your website.
Good planning is vital to ensure that your website for your charity, voluntary group, or small business, meets not only your business requirements but meets the requirements of your intended target audience.
Completing our Website Planning Checklist below is a good start in the process. We will always ask if you have completed the checklist when you contact us for the first time.
Website Planning Checklist:
1. Provide a small list of your favourite domain names e.g. www.mydomainname.com. We will then search to make sure if they are available or not. 2. Briefly describe what your website will be about. Who are your target audience?
3. Establish how many pages you need for your website. Provide the page titles (e.g. a Homepage, an About Us page etc) and provide the written content for these pages.
4. Will you be supplying your own pictures to go onto your website?
5. What colours would you like on your website? For example, do you have a corporate image or colour scheme to go with your business or company logo?
6. Are you after any additional features to go with your website e.g. Videos, Flash Images, Online Shop etc?
7. What ambitions do you have for your website with regard to marketing and promoting your website once it has been designed?

Step 2 - Contact Us.
Once you have given thought to your website, send us an e-mail with your website plans, or give us a call. We will be delighted to receive your initial enquiry and we will be more than happy to go through your questions with you - without pressure, or without any obligation to order.
We will even provide you with a quotation if you know how many pages you want on your website, and we can even let you know when we can commence work on your website. You will then be free to decide if you want to proceed with a website order or not.
Step 3 - Ordering Your Website.
If you do decide to order, you will then be asked to sign and agree to our terms and conditions when we take your website order. This is important since the terms and conditions will apply to your website order once it is taken.
Click on the 'terms and conditions' link at the top of the page for full details of our current terms and conditions.
Step 4 - Pay a Deposit Payment for Your Website Order.
We require a minimum £39 deposit before we can commence work on your website. We accept cash, cheques, or you can pay online by debit or credit card below through our payment handler, PayPal. We will always wait for cheques to clear before we commence work on any purchased items.

Once we have received your deposit, we will commence building your website within the timeframe agreed with you.
Please note that as we do not supply any written content towards your website, we will only be able to commence work on a customer's website order where we have received the actual content from the client to add to their website.
We use our very own testing platform so that you can see how your website is progressing.
Step 5 - Will you supply your own pictures for your website?
If you are supplying your own pictures for your website, then you will also need to send your own pictures to us, along with your written content, before we can commence work on your website. Again, this is because we will need the pictures to enable us to start building the website.
However, we can source and provide premium quality photos towards your website where you are unable to provide your own. These will be supplied and charged at a rate of £39 per single bundle of up to ten images.
Please note: If you would like us to supply the images for use on your website then you will need to purchase your estimated number of picture bundles upfront before we can commence work on your website order. Our picture bundles are only supplied in multiples of ten.
Please discuss this with us if you are unsure about your picture requirements for your website and we will be happy to advise you accordingly.

Step 6 - Paying the Final Payment for Your Website Order.
When your website is finished, we will ask you to sign our 'Website Sign Off' sheet to signify your approval for the website to be released.
Once signed, we will then require the balance of payment in full for your order before we can release your website to the Internet as a live website.
We will issue you with an invoice for the balance of monies still remaining. All invoices must be paid within 28 days from the invoice date.
Your website will not be released as a live website onto the Internet until the balance of monies payable under the invoice is received in full.
